General Flumgummerie: hijinks, tomfoolery, hullaballoo, capering, antics, buffoonery, skylarking… you get the point aye?

We serve hearty dishes that celebrate seasonal Scottish produce from open kitchens alongside whisky, wine and top-notch beer. We like our guests to come together and share dishes at big communal tables and for it all to go down in weird and wonderful locations where you might not usually expect to have dinner. 

That’s what we’re all about.

Previous Projects

Here's how it usually works:

  1. We set up a restaurant in an unexpected location.
  2. We create a multiple course, seasonal menu for the project. 
  3. You buy tickets online (letting us know if you need to sit next to anyone else on the night).
  4. You arrive and kick things off with a welcome cocktail.
  5. You eat and hang out with private party vibes and a well-stocked bar.
