JURA TASTIVAL
We travelled to the tiny Hebridean Isle of Jura during the annual Tastival Whisky Festival to serve a banquet in the grain store of the distillery. We paired four courses with four whiskies and ran interactive sessions with guests helping them to learn more about the whisky itself and the provenance of the amazing local produce we served.
