Voyage of
the black haggis

On 25th January we accompanied Hendrick's Gin on a journey with the aim of honouring Scottish poet Robert Burns. We crafted a haggis recipe for the occasion that used all of the key botanicals from the gin - cucumber, juniper, rose, cubeb pepper, elderflower, caraway & coriander. We then journeyed from Edinburgh to Leeds to Manchester and then on to London serving a variety of dishes using this iconic Scottish foodstuff alongside renditions of Burn’s famous ‘Address’ in each city.
