THE edinburgh festival
After numerous London projects, we decided to head north of the border and bring D&S home for the Edinburgh Festival by taking over a former Biscuit Factory for a full month.
We served up dishes from an open kitchen that celebrated the produce from our Scottish suppliers including an array of locally foraged herbs and vegetables. The house party vibe was helped along with a rotating programme of live music performances from local artists every night. We even had Old Fashioned cocktails on tap behind the bar.
