We worked with Lagavulin to celebrate the 200th year of this amazing whisky and help transport guests to the Isle of Islay. Alongside a multi-sensory experience chamber complete with a tastings, smells, touch and surround sound, we served a menu exclusively sourced from the small Scottish isle from where the whisky originates. Dishes included Peat-Smoked Shellfish Broth Shooters, Langoustine Lollies, Scallop Ceviche and epic Roasted Shellfish Platters with Pickled Samphire & Wild Garlic Potato Salad.
